Our Gluten Free Shortbread Rounds offers a crumbly “melt-in-your-mouth” texture and all-butter taste. Certified Gluten Free by the UK Coeliac Society and meets the FDA standard for gluten-free food of less than 20 parts per million of gluten. Every batch is tested to ensure compliance before being released. In the walkers recipe, wheat flour is replaced by a blend of rice flour, maize flour, and potato starch. The Gluten Free Shortbread Rounds cookie contains the same butter and sugar content as the regular shortbreads, and as is Walkers custom, they contain no artificial flavorings or colorings. As with all Walkers shortbread, Gluten Free Shortbread Rounds contains no Genetically Modified Ingredients (GMOs) and no hydrogenated fats; is suitable for vegetarians; and is OU Kosher.
